Our terms and conditions govern your use of the Aramudi online store. Although rather boring to read, please do take the time to read these terms and conditions carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Aramudi Limited is a New Zealand owned and operated business. Our terms and conditions policy follows the requirements of the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. All orders and transactions are covered by New Zealand law. All prices listed on our website are based in NZ Dollars (NZD). Please note, when converting prices to another currency or when an order payment is charged to a credit card, a slight price variation may occur due to fluctuating exchange rates and credit card company charges. International orders may be subject to local taxes or duties which are the responsibility of the customer. The name that will appear on your statement when you make a purchase will be Aramudi.
The following terminology applies to our terms and conditions: “this website” and “online store” shall mean www.aramudi.com. “we”, “us”, “our” and “Aramudi” shall refer to Aramudi Limited and “you”, “buyer” or “the customer” the user of this website or our services or purchase of our products.
Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy and the security of your personal information. In order to provide you with services, we may ask for information such as your name, address, telephone number and email address. We do not use or share this information for any purpose other than for the purpose for which it was disclosed. We do not store your payment information; all payments via our online store are processed either by Direct Payment Solutions or stripe our online payment gateway. We will not distribute your information to any third parties that are not directly involved in the processing of your order. Please be aware your addresses will be given to courier companies to ensure the delivery of your purchase.

We try to be as accurate as possible in the description and representation of colour and shape of our jewellery on our online store and social media. However, we do not guarantee that the product descriptions or other content on this site is 100% accurate, complete, reliable or error free and reserves the right to modify without prior notice.
Delivery
Once we have confirmed our acceptance of your order, we will endeavour to dispatch your order within 3 business days. If we are unable to dispatch your order within this timeframe we will endeavour to contact you and advise you of the expected dispatch date. We will do all we can to get your order to you on time; however, all delivery timeframes are estimates only and we will not be liable for any loss, expense, or other damage caused by any delay in delivery.
Your jewellery will be sent in a handmade travel pouch wrapped in tissue, in an Aramudi box. We will take every care in packing and dispatching your purchase. However, we are not responsible for any loss or damage to goods or products caused by any event of any kind by any person who caused or contributed to that loss. We are not responsible for any loss of items that are wrongfully signed for and accepted by a third party.
We are not liable for damage incurred to goods in transit or for non-delivery. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered once they have been dispatched to you. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure the package is delivered to the correct address and signed for by the customer as it is the customer’s personal custody once it has left our premises.
Returns
We appreciate buying such a personal item online can be difficult. Please reach out if you have questions or require assistance prior to purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with your Aramudi purchase we can provide a credit note or exchange within 3 days of receipt. Exchanges are possible based on availability. For all returns please include a prepaid express Courier Bag with the signature on delivery option.
All items returned must be unworn and undamaged in the original Aramudi packaging. For hygiene reasons, we are not able to accept returns on earrings unless they are faulty. Please note that Aramudi cannot refund delivery cost or any international tax or duties paid on non-faulty exchanged items.
To arrange a return please email hello@aramudi.com quoting your name, address, details of the product, a photo , the reason for return (if goods are faulty) and whether you require a credit note, exchange or replacement.
Please pack the item carefully and we recommend that you use a secure and tracked service for your own protection.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us therefore we cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or stolen in transit. Any item returned after the stated time period will only be refunded at our discretion.
Please be aware Aramudi is not in any way liable for general wear and tear; accidental damage including scratches, dents or marks to any metal surface.
